On a live screen-share, we’ll show you exactly how many leads your agency is losing.
No pitch deck. No 30-minute “tell me about your business” interrogation. We pull up your website, your Google Business Profile, your competitor’s rankings, and your call-pattern data on a live screen share, and we tell you where you’re bleeding.
The whole pitch in one number
is all the audit takes.
The average home care agency loses ~$6,250 in expected LTV per missed family inquiry call. The audit usually surfaces 3–5 of those leaks in 15 minutes. The ROI math on the audit itself is absurd.
What we’ll cover
Five things on screen. No slides.
All five live, on a real screen-share, in your real account. If your screen doesn’t show what we expect, we recalibrate on the call, not in a follow-up email.
-
Your call-capture leak. How many family inquiry calls you’re likely missing each month based on your hours, your team, and your call-tracking data. The number is almost always higher than owners guess.
-
Your competitor’s rankings.Which buyer-intent keywords your top three competitors rank for that you don’t. We pull this live in Ahrefs / SEMrush so you see the actual gap.
-
Your Google Business Profile.Whether it’s set up to win the map pack. Review threshold gaps, missing photos, category errors, post velocity. The quickest leak to plug.
-
Your caregiver-recruitment funnel.Where good applicants drop off. Career-page conversion, application-to-interview time, source-of-hire retention. The hiring side of the dual funnel.
-
Honest fit assessment.Whether the AI Lead Engine is right for your agency, or whether you should fix something else first. We’ll say so either way, on the call.
What we won’t do
- ×Send you a 12-page PDF afterward
- ×Pressure you to sign on the call
- ×Email-bomb you for the next 8 weeks
- ×Tell you the engine is right for you when it isn’t
Pick a time
Grab a slot, instant confirmation.
Send 2–3 preferred times to hello@10xsync.com and I’ll confirm with a calendar invite.
Email me to bookWhat happens after you book
No mystery between “book” and “done.”
If you’ve ever booked an “intro call” with an agency and then sat through three days of intake emails first, you’ll appreciate this.
Confirmation reply
Direct reply from Hammad with 2–3 time-slot options or a confirmation if you sent times. No intake form, no “before the call” questionnaire to fill out.
Calendar invite + Zoom link
Plain Google Calendar invite. Native Zoom. No third-party scheduler that pings you with 4 reminders. The agenda is in the invite description, same five things from the list above.
15-min live screen-share
We pull up your site, GBP, competitor rankings, and call data. You see the leaks on screen. We answer your questions. We tell you honestly whether the engine fits.
One-page recap email
The three or four biggest leaks we surfaced + the fastest way to plug each one. Yours to keep, whether you sign or not.
You decide
If the engine fits, you reply. Onboarding kicks off within 14 days. If it doesn’t, you don’t hear from us again unless you ask. No drip sequence, no “just checking in,” no quarterly “hey are you still interested.”
Questions about the audit call
Sensible things to know before you give an unknown agency 15 minutes.
Is this a free audit or a sales call disguised as one?
It’s a free audit. We surface real leaks on your real screens, not a generic “here are 10 things every agency should fix” talk. If the AI Lead Engine isn’t the right next move for you, we say so on the call. We’d rather get an honest “not yet” than a soft “maybe” that turns into a fight in two months.
Why only 15 minutes? Don’t you need longer to understand my business?
No. 15 minutes is enough time for a real operator to spot 3–5 of the obvious leaks once we have your GBP + website + a sense of your hours and call volume. If we need more time to dig into something specific, we book a follow-up, we don’t drag the first call past the cap.
Will you ask for access to my CRM or phone system before the call?
No. The audit uses what’s publicly observable (your site, your GBP, your competitor rankings) plus whatever you’re comfortable sharing on the call (call volume, hours, current capture rate). Access happens after you decide to start, not before.
Who’s actually on the call?
Hammad, the founder and the person who’d own your account end-to-end. Not an SDR, not a junior strategist. The same person who’d answer your monthly reporting calls if you ended up signing.
What if my agency isn’t big enough yet?
We’ll tell you on the call. The engine works best for agencies above ~$30k/month in revenue with at least one office staff member. Below that, the capture stack is overkill and you’d be better off fixing your GBP and answering your own phone for another few months.
Can my partner / co-owner sit in on the call?
Absolutely. Looping in your operations lead, marketing person, or co-owner is encouraged. The more decision-makers in the room, the faster we can get to a real yes or no.
