Privacy Policy
Effective date: January 1, 2024
10xsync (“we,” “us,” “our”) runs 10xsync.com, an AI lead engine for private-pay home care agencies in the United States. This policy explains what we collect when you visit the site, request an audit call, or send us a message, and what we do with it.
We tried to write this in plain English. If anything is unclear, email hello@10xsync.com and we’ll explain.
Information we collect
We only collect what we need to run the site and respond to people who reach out.
- Contact and audit-call forms. When you fill out a form, we collect your name, work email, phone number, agency name, and whatever you type into the message field.
- Email opt-ins. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address and the date you opted in.
- Calendly bookings. If you book an audit call through Calendly, we receive the name, email, and any answers to the booking questions.
- Analytics and IP logs. Our analytics and security tools record standard web data, pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city/region from IP), browser, device type, and a truncated IP address.
We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or any protected health information (PHI). Please do not send us PHI about your clients.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Reply to your inquiry and schedule a call.
- Send you the follow-up materials, proposals, or onboarding info you requested.
- Send occasional updates if you opted in, and only until you unsubscribe.
- Understand which pages and campaigns are working, so we can improve the site.
- Measure ad performance (for example, knowing that an audit-call booking came from a Google Ads click).
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Sharing and third parties
We use a small set of trusted services to operate the site. Each one only sees the data it needs to do its job.
- Google Analytics 4, anonymous traffic measurement (page views, sessions, traffic sources).
- Google Ads, conversion tracking so we know which ads led to form fills and calls.
- Brevo, sends transactional and opt-in email. Stores email addresses and engagement data.
- Cloudflare, CDN, DDoS protection, and bot mitigation. Sees IP addresses and request metadata for security.
- WordPress hosting provider, stores the site database, including form submissions, on US servers.
- Calendly, when added, handles audit-call scheduling and reminders.
We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of the site or its users.
Your rights
If you live in California, the CCPA gives you specific rights. We extend the same rights to everyone in the United States as a matter of policy. You can ask us to:
- Access a copy of the personal information we have about you.
- Correct anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your personal information from our systems.
- Opt out of email or marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@10xsync.com from the address we have on file (or include enough info for us to verify it’s you). We’ll respond within 45 days. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising their privacy rights.
Cookies
The site uses three categories of cookies:
- Functional, required for the site to work (for example, remembering form state).
- Analytics, Google Analytics, to count visits and understand traffic patterns.
- Advertising, Google Ads, to attribute conversions and serve relevant ads on other sites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics with the official opt-out add-on, and manage Google Ads personalization at Google Ad Settings.
Data retention
We keep contact and form data for as long as our business relationship is active, or 24 months from your last interaction with us, whichever is longer. After that, we delete it or anonymize it for trend analysis. Analytics data follows Google’s default retention windows. Backups are rotated and overwritten within 90 days.
Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: TLS 1.2+ for everything in transit, hashed and salted passwords for any account access, restricted admin permissions, and security monitoring through Cloudflare. We never store, request, or process protected health information (PHI) about your clients. If you ever feel you need to send something sensitive, ask us first, there’s almost always a better way.
Children’s privacy
10xsync.com is a business-to-business site directed at home care agency owners and operators. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email hello@10xsync.com and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page from time to time. The effective date at the top will always reflect the latest revision. If we make a substantive change, for example, adding a new category of data or a new third-party processor, we’ll notify subscribers by email before it takes effect.
Contact
Privacy questions, data requests, or anything else policy-related: hello@10xsync.com. A human will reply.
